Animated short film, Royal College of Art, London, 2009
Dictaphone Parcel is an animation based on a sound recorded with a dictaphone travelling secretly inside a parcel. As the hidden recorder travels through the global mail system, from London to Helsinki, it captures the unexpected. We hear a mixture of abstract sounds, various types of transport and even discussions between the mail workers. The animation visualizes this journey by creating an imaginary documentary.
Dictaphone Parcel was awarded the Passion Pictures Prize in London, in February 2010.

Machete: LA Premiere at Orpheum Theatre

The Orpheum Theatre was the scene of LA’s most memorable film premiere in decades as the cast of MACHETE was paraded around the block in custom lowrider cars before joining ecstatic fans for the screening. Keeping in theme with the film, a mariachi band performed while people took their seats. Stars in attendance included MACHETE cast members Jessica Alba, Michelle Rodriguez, Don Johnson, and Cheech Marin. Quentin Tarantino was among the Hollywood elite who came out to show their support. The director himself, Robert Rodriguez, introduced the cast before the film began and the man of the hour, Danny Trejo, spoke about the origins of the MACHETE idea. Like the promotional campaign itself, it was an evening that highlighted the unique nature of the film.

In Köln-Ehrenfeld soll auf dem Heliosgelände (zwischen Venloerstr., Gürtel, Vogelsangerstr. und Heliosstr.) ein großes Einkaufszentrum entstehen. Platz machen dafür müssten u.a. das Underground, die Wohn-Bar, zahlreiche Proberäume, Werkstätten, Künstlerateliers und Tonstudios. Massen Dirt Track 2010

Video from the pre 60's Dirt Track Race in Massen Germany 2010.
Tim Albrecht from Pirate Kustomz built a 1930 Ford Coupe for the race in three weeks. Jesper Bram did a vintage style race car paint job on the car. Thursday Sep 9th 2010 they put the race ready coupe on a trailer behind Jespers 1965 pickup and drove it 560km into Germany.
The trip was a big success. Nothing serious broke down during race or going back and forth. It was not the last time they will see the Pirate Kustomz Racing Team in that neck of the woods.
