Welcome to Encore Magazine #10 - June Issue!
Encore #10 features photo series by Emmanuel Honold and Ulrich Grill and an illustration series by Maxx Figueiredo.
Also we have an interview with Attik about their Toyota Scion campaign, as well as features about Viagrafik, OFFF 2005, Toca ME and Semipermanent 05. This months film review is about Napoleon Dynamite.

artstübli PDF Magazin

artstübli ist das erste PDF-Art-Magazin zur Schweizer Grafik. Du kannst es gratis im Internet runterladen, am Bildschirm anschauen oder auch gleich ausdrucken. Viele PDF-Magazine beschränken sich auf das Zeigen von Arbeiten, wie bei einer Dia-Show. Nicht so artstübli: Wir bringen die gezeigten Arbeiten durch Interviews mit den Machern dem Leser näher. Wir wollen sowohl für Kreative als auch für «Normalbürger» interessant sein.
Während unseren Erkundungen durch das Grafikland Schweiz sind wir auf einige Persönlichkeiten aufmerksam geworden, welche mit neuem Elan und Inspirationsvielfalt die Grafikszene beleben. Hier eine Auswahl von Artgenossen, welche der ersten Ausgabe ein Gesicht geben: CODE.CH, Raffinerie, Smash 137, Patrick Graf, Mario Buholzer, pformance, Till Könneker und als internationaler Beitrag «Art from Russia» von Evgeny Kiselev. Für einen kreativen Mix von 58 Seiten ist also gesorgt.
Es würde uns freuen, wenn du bei uns im Stübli vorbeischaust und Lust verspührst, etwas Kreatives für die nächsten Ausgaben beizutragen. Wir sind die Bühne, auf welcher du dich und deine Arbeiten vorstellen kannst. Sitz rein und gestalte unser Magazin mit.

IdN Magazine: V12N2: Extreme Sport Design

We are so excited with the birth of IdN sixth edition, the Japanese Edition will be published in June 05, starting from this issue. We hope to share our excitement with all of you.
In addition, from this issue onwards, IdN comes with a DVD-ROM. We hope to bring all our articles to life! Expanded interviews, live performance, clips and samples!

SKATE - 4STAR Catalogue: directed by Spike Jonze, to take a closer look to the youth skate players.

In this issue of IdN, we’re taking a look at contemporary design in board sports, through the eyes of some of the biggest athletes on the scene today. As the line between the people who create boards and the people who ride them has always been blurred, some of our athletes are actually designers themselves, and some of our designers athletes.
Skateboarding - American legend Tony Hawk and Japanese pro skater Okada help introduce the most innovative designers and brands of this moment in skate history.
Snowboarding - Pro riders Jussi Tarvainen and David Bendek carve a path down the mountain of snowboard brands, revealing that snowboard design can be much more than just a parka and some Plexiglass.
Surfing - “ Surf style and fashion has become a blend of classic design mixed with street influence that has definitely been brought on by skateboarding and street art” - Justin Reynolds, OP
