"Welcome to our city - to our world - of books. This is where we live.
A film for 4th Estate Publishers' 25th Anniversary. Produced by Apt Studio and Asylum Films.
The film was produced in stop-motion over 3 weeks in Autumn 2008. Each scene was shot on a home-made dolly by an insane bunch of animators; you can see time-lapse films of each sequence being prepared and shot in our other films."

"Universal Music commissioned Wyld Stallyons to produce a music video for Irish indie outfit, The Blizzards' new single The Reason.
Taking the lyrics as our inspiration, we took the germ of an idea from the singer of the band and combined it with some thoughts of our own about unrequited love and giant monsters destroying a city. We blended 3D and 2D animation to create a strange, monochromatic world for our characters to inhabit; and thanks to the power of Relentless energy drinks and our ability to go without sleep for days, the video was turned around in record time." http://www.wyldstallyons.com/

“Khoda” - Ein Animationsfilm aus 6000 Gemälden

"What if you watch a film and whenever you pause it, you face a painting? This idea inspired Reza Dolatabadi to make Khoda. Over 6000 paintings were painstakingly produced during two years to create a five minutes film that would meet high personal standards. Khoda is a psychological thriller; a student project which was seen as a ‘mission impossible’ by many people but eventually proved possible!"

Waking Life - Protest

Waking Life erzählt die Geschichte eines jungen Mannes, der träumt. Während seines Traums trifft er auf viele Charaktere, die über den Freien Willen, über die menschliche Existenz, über die Wahrnehmung, über die Realität und viele andere Themen philosophieren. Es wird außerdem viel über den Existentialismus und seine Fehlinterpretationen gesprochen. Während der Hauptcharakter durch seinen Traum reist, bemerkt er, dass er träumt und nicht aufwachen kann. Er spricht mit anderen Charakteren über das Klarträumen. Während des ganzen Films ist es unklar, was mit dem Hauptcharakter genau geschieht und warum er in diesem Traum ist.
