Jetzt ist es soweit: Motoraver Magazine No.28 mit 84 hochoktanigen Seite voll Racing Action aus Finofurt, Mexico und Le Mans, wird ab Mittwoch zu den Kiosken geliefert. Unser Redaktionsteam scheute keine Anstrengung.
Nach der Live-Moderation beim Race 61 ging es im BMW 3.0 CS zur Le Mans Classic (6 Seiten by Pixeleye). Neben diesen Superlativen braucht sich auch das feature-car von Menschen und Maschinen auch nicht zu verstecken, denn es handelt sich um einen waschechten Steinmetz Opel Ascona! Ich sitze gerade auf meiner Terasse, esse Nürnberger Würstchen vom Grill und lese die neue Ausgabe des amerikanischen Design Magazin Juxtapoz, die wieder mal großartig ist!
Ein tolles Interview mit Shawn Barber (by Kat van D), eine weiteres Interview mit der BMX-Legende Bob Haro (mein BMX-Hero in den 80ern) und jede Menge anderer cooler Kram!
Infos:
Todd James, aka Reas, made a name for himself as a graffiti writer in NYC, designed the characters for Crank Yankers, and now is a one of the biggest fine artists that we could include in the pages of Juxtapoz. So, where to begin? We have famed graffiti photographer Jon Naar shooting the pic, and an extensive interview with Reas by Devin Flynn, covering all the goodies including the upcoming work that will be at Lazarides Gallery in London this August.
The magazine doesn't stop there. We have Kat Von D interviewing Shawn Barber, Mister Cartoon speaking with BMX legend Bob Haro, Will Barras live from London town, Amy Sol making her way from Las Vegas, and Andrew J Wright giving his story from the studios of Space 1026 in Philadelphia. Plus we have show reviews of George Lois, Mr Brainwash, Eddie Martinez, Luke Chueh, and Aya Kakeda.
That's August. That's summer reading.
